Usage
Player flow and server setup for Nexra Minigames Weed lab stations.
Players
All stations are accessed through your server's target system. Walk up to a lab station and select the interaction option (Press Weed Brick, Cut Weed Brick, Trim Buds, Bag Weed, or Roll Joints).
You must carry the correct input items (and any required tool) before the minigame starts. If a station has a job restriction, you must also meet that job, grade, and duty requirement.
Press ESC to cancel an active minigame.
Brick press
Requires: input items from the station recipe (default: 50× trimmed_weed)
- Target the press and start the session.
- Throw buds into the mold — you have a limited number of misses.
- Start the press when all buds are seated.
- Watch the press animation; collect the finished brick when done.
Output: weed_brick (default)
Brick cutting
Requires: weed_brick and plant_trimmer (default)
- Target the cutting table.
- Click the brick, then pick up the blade.
- Hold left click and drag along the cut lines.
- Finish with a clean cut for full yield; slips reduce output.
Output: trimmed_weed (default, scaled by cut quality)
Bud trimming
Requires: raw bud (og_kush_bud or white_widow_bud) and plant_trimmer (default)
- Target the trimming table.
- Grab the scissors and cut each bud segment.
- Complete all cuts to receive trimmed product.
Output: trimmed_og_kush or trimmed_white_widow (default, 1–3 per bud)
Bagging
Requires: trimmed weed and empty_bag per batch (default: 5× trim + 1× bag)
- Target the bagging table.
- Grab trim from the pile and place pieces on the scale until you reach 1.00 Gram.
- Move a bag onto the scale and seal it.
- Repeat for additional batches in the same session (up to the configured session cap).
Output: og_kush_baggy or white_widow_baggy (default)
Rolling
Requires: trimmed weed and rolling_paper per joint (default: 1× each)
- Target the rolling table.
- Weigh 1.00 Gram of trim on the scale.
- Pick up rolling paper, wrap it, then roll rapidly downward to finish.
- Collect the finished joint and repeat for more batches in the session.
Output: joint_og_kush or joint_white_widow (default)
Server setup checklist
- Start
ox_lib, your framework, inventory, and target resource, thennexra_mg-weed - Add inventory items matching your recipe item names
- Set
Config.Debug = falsefor production - Move each entry in
Config.Weed.Locationsto your lab coordinates - Enable
Config.Weed.Lab.Debug = truetemporarily to verify target zones line up - Adjust
tableHeight, targetZOffset, andsizeif interactions feel off - Add job restrictions on locations if stations should be job-locked
- Test the full chain: press → cut → trim → bag → roll
Tips for placing locations
- Use
/getcoordsor your admin tool to grabvec3/vec4values, then paste them intoConfig.Weed.Locations. - Each station
idinLocationsmust match a stationidinConfig.Weed.Lab.Stations. tableHeightmatters for trimming, bagging, and rolling — match it to the prop you place.- Increase
spawnRadiusif props disappear when players approach from far away. - For the brick press, use
targetZOffsetso the interaction point sits on the press handle area. - Duplicate a station + location pair to add a second lab site — give the copy a new
id(e.g.weed_trimming_2).
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| No target option appears | Ensure a target resource is started; check Config.Weed.Lab.Enabled and location enabled |
| "No supported target provider found" | Start ox_target, qb-target, or another supported target before the resource |
| "You do not have access" | Check location job, grade, and duty fields |
| "You do not have the items needed" | Verify item names in inventory match recipe input / extra / required fields |
| Minigame starts but no items move | Set Config.Debug = false — debug mode skips item removal |
| Props float or camera is wrong | Tune tableHeight, propCoords, and the station's minigame.camera block |
